Send the offer’s page link, what needs changing and a public bank or brand source if you have one. Dates, eligible cards, outlet details and benefit limits are especially helpful.

For an upcoming purchase or reservation, confirm availability directly with the bank or merchant. We cannot authorize a card benefit on their behalf.

For a sign-in problem, access request or account-deletion request, email us from the address connected to your BD Offers account where possible. Describe the problem without sending passwords, card details or identity documents.
